Brown the hamburger in a bit of oil in a large pot. Add the chopped onion, clove of sliced garlic, a bit of green pepper, salt, chili powder, cayenne, tomatoes, pork and beans and kidney beans. Simmer for about one hour.
It is even better the next day after the spices have had a chance to work.
