Wash and pat dry the chicken and cut into cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Toss the chicken cubes in teriyaki sauce and ground ginger. Add to the skillet and fry, stirring constantly, until cooked through. Set aside to cool. Wash and chop all raw ingredients, set aside Pineapple and mandarin juice for dressing - In a large salad bowl, combine with chicken and garnish with chow mein salad noodles.

- 1 Head Romain Lettuce
- 1 Head Butter Lettuce
- 1/2 Cup Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Green Onions
- 1/4 Cup Green Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Red Pepper
- 1 Cup Alfalfa Sprout
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber
- 1/4 Cup Pine Nut (or Walnuts)
- 1 Can Mandarin Oranges
- 1 Can Pinapple
- 1/4 Cup Chow Mein Noodle
