Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add red pepper, green onion, parsley, cheese, cayenne and crab meat. Mix well. Divide mixture evenly between the tortillas. Spread evenly, then roll each tortilla up tightly. Wrap well in plastic and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight. When ready to serve, cut rolls into 3/4 inch slices. Discard ends or eat them yourself. Place slices on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes or until heated through. May be served with salsa.
