Take 2/3 of chopped fruit and mix with same flavor yogurt. Refrigerate mixture until ready to serve. Sprinkle icing sugar over desert plate. Cut top of center from puff pastry shells out (be sure to leave the bottom) and place main shell on plate. Fill shell with mixture. Place center top back on. Sprinkle more icing sugar on top of pastry. Place remaining fruit on plate around pastry. Drizzle chocolate syrup over plate and pastry. Serve.
