In a bowl combine flour, salt, oil and cold water. Blend well. Refrigerate, uncovered for 30 minutes. Beat egg whites until very stiff. Fold egg whites into batter thoroughly.

Slice into 1/8" thick pieces. Coat in batter.
Deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle lightly with fine sugar and cinnamon.
