Directions
Cut peeled apples into slices. Place apples n pot of water, add sugar and bring to a boil, then keep on a low heat for 25 minutes. Drain apples and put into a 9 inch pastry shell. Add egg, cream and cinnamon to syrup from boiled apples. Bake in oven at 350 F for 25 minutes.
